Return & Refund Policy
At YaKaaf, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since we deal in pre-owned and refurbished products, we provide a fair and transparent return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you can initiate return request from "My Order" Section or reach us on support@yakaaf.com.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- You must initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be in the same condition you received it, with original packaging. We send product's functional video before packing / shipping for customer verification via email or WhatsApp.
- Return is allowed only if the item is damaged or lost in transit, not working, not as described, or significantly different from what was shown.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- To request a return, please email us at support@yakaaf.com or call us at 044-35676189 with your order ID and reason for return.
- On successful verification refund will be processed by us with in -48 hours (Excluding weekends / holidays). It may take 2-5 days, amount to be reflected in your bank statement.
