Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product delivered. please reach us on support@yakaaf.com. We will revert to you with 48 hours. Excluding weekends and public holidays.
We will email functional product video before packing / shipping for customer verification.
We accepts returns only for items damaged or lost in shipping.
If customer decides to return product as per our refund policy. We will accept return.
Refund will be processed after receiving the returned product and product verification. In case we observe any discrepancy in returned item. We may hold / deny refund.
Product should be in as is condition as it was delivered. New products should be in original packing with all labels intact. Otherwise return may be cancelled.
On successful verification refund will be processed by us with in -48 hours (Excluding weekends / holidays). It may take 5-7 days amount to be reflected in your bank statement.
Our payment gateway partner will send refund as per their policy.
